Terms of use
Last updated 2026-05-09 · Phase 1 placeholder
This is a Phase 1 placeholder. The full legal-reviewed terms of use, including state-specific mandatory-reporter language and contractor agreements for paid mentors, is an explicit Phase 2 gate.
Who can use this platform
- CCSAs (Certified Child Safety Advocates): after application, vetting, training, and final assessment per Component A.
- America's Future Inc. staff: for vetting, dispatch, case management, and analyst roles.
- Vetted facilities and partner organizations: through admin-issued credentials only.
- Survivors: with a magic link issued by their assigned case manager.
What a CCSA agrees to
- Observe and report; never intervene. Do not engage suspects. Do not attempt physical removal of any suspected victim. CCSAs do not carry law-enforcement authority.
- Stick to observed facts in field reports. No speculation about suspect identity, intent, or residence.
- Maintain personal safety at all times. Withdraw if observation cannot be conducted safely.
- Respect anonymity defaults: subjects in field reports are anonymous-by-default.
- Comply with the mandatory-reporter laws of your state in addition to reporting through this platform. Submitting a report through Project Exodus does not relieve any independent legal obligation.
- Maintain the confidentiality of case data accessed through the platform. Re-disclosure outside Project Exodus operations is prohibited.
What Project Exodus does
Project Exodus complements existing law-enforcement systems. It routes structured field reports to the appropriate law-enforcement partner, supports trauma-informed survivor recovery, and matches children to vetted placement facilities. It is not a replacement for calling 911 in an emergency.
Liability
Phase 2 will include detailed liability terms. CCSAs act in good faith based on training; America's Future Inc. is not liable for CCSA conduct outside platform-defined scope. The platform is provided as-is during Phase 1 prototype.
Changes
We will publish material changes to these terms through the platform. Continued use after a published update constitutes acceptance.
